Beautiful spotless modern little artistic gem. (Name means art trip hotel) Lovely room w/ little balcony over street. Owner and staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great breakfast a 5 euro. My husband and I prefer to stay a little out of the main tourist area so a little quieter and also so can be around normal people. We enjoyed eating right around the hotel for a quick tapa, coffee, wine, beer. Metro station and a little plaza just steps away. We were 10 blocks or so from the center or the Prado museum, 4 blocks from the train and we preferred to walk. The area is "diverse", noticeable only at night, and that was great for us, not just tourists. Carrefour store on same block for supplies if needed. Sept was perfect weather. Owner has brother who runs a restaurant on Plaza Santa Ana, (excellent gazpacho, oxtail, and flan). The brothers are a dynamite duo and I wish them all the best. It was fun and much appreciated going to the restaurant and being treated as very special.

I had exceptional days staying at this brand-new hotel. I stayed for short visits and the property was impeccably clean and the staff was competent and attentive. Very good service, although a few employees were normal. I liked the minimalist-style building, well decorated room with complimentary water bottles. The location was peaceful and ideal, 15 minutes' walk to the centre;)))

This is one of the best hotel we had in Europe. The room is very spacious and clean. What we see in the website is really what we get! The service staff speak good English and we are able to communicate very well. In addition, the hotel is equipped with very good secured rfid systems including the lift. It is also located within minutes to the Metro Station and supermarket (Carrefour). Highly recommended!!!
Nothing!! Everything is perfect!

The location is very convenient for walking from the train station, and for getting to many of Madrid's best places on foot, such as the Reina Sofia, the Prado, the Retiro, Plaza Santa Ana, La Latina, and Plaza Mayor. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. The room was bright (with a small balcony), well appointed, and sufficiently large for 2 people. The rainshower was excellent. We also appreciated having access to some English-language news channels.
Just being nitpicky here, because we really did enjoy our stay, but a full-length mirror in the room would have been nice. Also, we would have appreciated having the glasses and tea cups in our room replaced each day with clean ones.

The hotel is quirky, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is best. The rooms are spotless and include an electric kettle and a fridge. It is in great location to Gate of Toledo, set near the venue. It is near bars and restaurants. Every time in Madrid, I choose this place.

The staff was so helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. The bed was so comfortable, I never had a hard time sleeping. Wi fi was always strong and I could connect to the internet anytime I wanted too. The room was modern, stream line, sleek, and elegant. It was very spacious for all our belongings. I walked to the art museum, the train station and the park. I hoped on the metro to go out to eat and shop. Everything is so close and accessible. One night I took a taxi back to the hotel because my feet were aching from the day's walk. It only cost 5 euros. There is an incredible bakery next to the Arttrip hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the modern look of the room was pleasant. The family room was big and comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room. A small table for the children to eat would have been nice.
